    I've been treating with Dr. Sharma for a few months now and I could not be more appreciative. No other PM MD wanted to treat me, because I have a complicated allergy history with medications. I have been living in pain for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Sharma ensured me that she could help me with my back/hip pain. Dr. Sharma has taken precautions with each treatment and I am in my way. She is very empathetic and brilliant! Her staff is just as phenomenal, too.

    Northwell continues to to provide excellent care and the staff is professional. Super nice as well! It is comforting to have you so close. I have been there many times and appreciate the entire staff. Michael is exceptional, when he becomes a nurse any hospital will be lucky to have him!

    I had to go in for a Covid test before a flight. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding about ensuring I would get the results in time which as you can imagine caused some anxiety! Renee Kagan was the physician assistant. She was incredibly kind and generous and patient, and sat with me to figure out where the misunderstanding was. She looked up my flight destination to help ease my nerves about what kind of test was needed for entry, etc. She just went above and beyond, to ensure her staff was following protocol while also giving me some peace of mind. I left Urgent Care feeling really grateful that kind people like her exist. She had no ego, just concern and was incredibly solution oriented instead of just saying "too bad". I am so appreciative of her and her bedside manner. Oh, there is also no wait time and they honor appointments. Great experience overall. I took a star off because the person at the front had his mask just under his nose. I imagine this wasn't purposeful, but given that it's an urgent care, there should be mindfulness around this.
